Weekly Walks
Most weekends, a member of the ZMT team will lead a day-trip to a section of trail, where a local guide from the area will join the group for the walk. Each hike leaves from Ankawa, Erbil, and returns before sunset. We have organized over 20 hikes in the last year, with at least 350 new visitors coming to the ZMT.
The next walk will be in December - we’ll announce the date in the coming days.
For each walk: the bus will leave from Ainkawa at 0800, outside Barista coffee shop, and the cost is 20,000IQD.
